New Delhi: India Post has published the Gramin Dak Sevak Supplementary List IV of all the shortlisted candidates from the circles on its official website.

Candidates can now check the India Post 4th Merit List on the official website: https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in/.

Shortlisted candidates must verify their documents through the Division Chief listed next to their name on or before September 9, 2022. It should be noted that the Post Office Department will not grant additional time to any candidate under any circumstances. Shortlisted candidates must present themselves for verification in original and a full set of photocopies of all relevant documents.

India Post is now sending the document verification notice to the most suitable candidate based on the merit and preference presented.

The provisionally selected candidate must present a set of original documents and photocopies while attending the verification of documents. Successful candidates will have sufficient time to present with original certificates for verification.

If the verification is successful, a provisional commitment order will be given. Otherwise, the next deserving candidate will receive a system-generated email/SMS.

As per the standard recruitment process, the India Post Office will issue the provisional commitment letter by email and notify the candidates by SMS. If there is no response from the selected candidates on said provisional commitment letter within the given time, a final reminder will be sent via email, SMS and certified mail. 

Important Notice

The Post Department will complete the screening process by November 15, 2022. Applications pending after November 15, 2022, will not be considered for India Post commitment. Applications for which the email/SMS notification for document verification has not yet been sent will be treated as pending. Such applications will have no right of commitment after November 15, 2022, concerning the application already filed against this notice.

The Post Office Department is not responsible for the candidate’s failure to receive emails/SMS for any specific reason or arising from network service providers and other dependencies.
