Assam Public Service Commission invites applications from Indian citizens, as defined in Articles 5-8 of the Constitution of India, for the post mentioned below under the Assam Government in the scale of pay as shown below and with the regular allowances that are admissible under the rules that are issued by the Govt. of Assam.

  • Education Qualification: A degree in any area of Engineering or Technology, preferably Mechanical or Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Age: Candidates must not be younger than 23 years old and not older than 38 years old at the time of 01/01/2021.
  • Pay Scale from 30,000/- up to 1,10,000$ (GP 12,700/*)

How to apply

  1. The applicants are required to submit their applications on the internet through the Inspector of Factories 03 New Posts | APSC site. Any other application method is considered, and the application is rejected at the first opportunity.
  2. Applicants who have not registered yet, in the Online Inspector of Factories 03 New Posts | APSC Portal of APSC are first required to go to the APSC’s recruitment website https://apscrecruitment.in and register themselves by clicking on the ‘Register Here’ link and complete the user registration process by providing basic details.
  3. CANDIDATES ARE STRONGLY INSPIRED TO apply with valid and current EMAIL ADDRESS INSIDE THE ONLINE application. INTERVIEW Schedule and requirements with the requirement of a copy of CERTIFICATES to be SUBMITTED for claims made in the online application will be INTIMATED to applicants through the Commission’s website at the time of application.
  4. After creating an account, the users will have to log in with their credentials.
  5. After logging in, applicants will need to provide One Time Registration details such as Personal Information, Education qualifications, work experience as well as a Photo (Min size 20 KB and Max size 200 KB and not more than three months old) and signature (Min size 20 KB and Max size 200 KB) as well as other documents required. After these documents are received, the applicants will access all of the One Time Registration details. Once they have completed this, applicants can go to Home->Dashboard and view the live ads of APSC in the ‘Apply Section’. Be aware the Time Registration details need to be submitted only once.
  6. Candidates should read the eligibility requirements and other pertinent information carefully before applying for the job. Required fields on the online application are marked with an * (asterisk) symbol.
  7. Candidates must submit the details of documents like Certificate No., Issue date, Issuing authority and upload the documents/certificates (whenever asked for) in support of the claims made by them in the Application Form like, Date of Birth, Experience, Qualification(s) etc. or any other information in a pdf format so to ensure that its size is not exceed 200KB and is legible when printing made. The applicant may scan the documents/certificates in a 200 dpi greyscale for that purpose.
  8. Information provided in an online form is checked at the time of the Personal Interview.
  9. The applicant must fill in all required details in the application form. Make sure to click on the declarations box to activate the ‘Preview’ button before submitting the final application.
  10. Candidates must ensure that all relevant fields of the application are correctly filled in before the submission date, as editing after submission will not be permitted.
  11. After reviewing the information that the applicant has filled in, the applicant can submit the form for final submission or click the ‘Cancel button to make the necessary corrections before the final submission of your Application Form.
  12. After submitting the form, the applicant must pay the application fee and the processing fee, if applicable.
  13. Once the application fee has been paid, the applicant cannot be refundable.
  14. If the payment is not successful, the payment requester should hit the button “Validate Payment to verify the transaction from the bank. In the event of a double debit, i.e. amounts debited twice on the same transaction, the bank will pay the amount to the person who applied for it within seven working days.
  15. If you complete your entire application, an automatically generated email will be sent to your email address that you have registered.
  16. The application of the applicant is not accepted if fees are not paid for the application.
