HOW TO APPLY
- Applicants are required to apply online through the Stenographer Grade I in Assam Secretariat 44 New Posts website of APSC. No other mode/mode of application will be accepted and the application will be summarily rejected.
- Applicants who have not yet registered in the online recruitment portal of APSC, they have to first visit the recruitment website of APSC at https://apscrecruitment.in and register themselves by clicking on the link ‘Register Here’.
- The candidates are advised to register in the online application with a valid and active e-mail address, as all correspondence will be done by the Commission through e-mail. The copies of certificates to be submitted in respect of the claims made in the online application shall be intimated to the candidates in due course through the website of the Commission.
- After creating the account, applicants have to login with the credentials.
- After logging in, applicants will be able to see the live advertisement of APSC in the ‘Apply section’.
- Applicants are advised to read the eligibility criteria and other relevant details carefully before applying for the advertisement. Mandatory fields in the online form are marked with * (asterisk) sign.
- Applicant can click on ‘Apply’ to fill the application form.
- Candidates are required to submit the details of documents like certificate number, date of issue, issuing authority and documents/certificates (as and when called for) in support of the claims made by them in the application form such as date of birth, Experience has to be uploaded. qualification(s) etc. or any other information, in PDF/JPEG file in such a way that the file size does not exceed 200 KB and is legible when printout is taken. For that purpose, the applicant can scan the documents/certificates in 200 dpi gray scale.
- The verification of the document details submitted in the online application form will be done on the day of the objective type written test.
