AP IT Minister Gowtham Reddy passes away

Andhra Pradesh’s Minister of Information and Technology and Industry Mekapati Gowtham Reddy passed away on February 21, 2022 due to a heart attack. Reddy was rushed to Apollo Hospital in Jubilee Hills after falling in his place. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and AP Governor Biswa Bhushan Harichandan expressed grief over the sudden demise of Gowtham Reddy.

Lalu Prasad Yadav sentenced to 5 years in the fodder scam case under the fifth verdict

In the fodder scam case, the CBI court of Ranchi has sentenced RJD leader and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav to 5 years imprisonment. The court has also imposed a fine of Rs 60 lakh on Lalu Prasad Yadav. The three-time former Chief Minister of Bihar was found guilty along with 39 others in the fifth fodder scam case on February 15, 2022.
